Booking

To book a room you need to provide your credit card details as a guarantee. Actual payment, unless otherwise agreed, is made only at the facility at checkout.

The credit card must be valid and with enough fund. In the days preceding the arrival it may be necessary to carry out the pre-authorization for the verification of the funds and for the protection of the structure.

• Check-in from 15:00 to 18:00
• Check-out from 07:30 to 10:30

Cancellation

For non-refundable bookings there is no refund in case of cancellation and the reservation will be paid for the full amount regardless of no-show.

For reservations with a credit card as a guarantee, it is possible to cancel your reservation without charge up to 14 days before arrival.

After this deadline and up to one week from the date of arrival, a penalty equivalent to the cost of the first night is foreseen.
For no show or late cancellation (in the seven days preceding the arrival date) the cost of the entire stay will be charged.

Children and extra beds

Children are welcome.
They are hosted free if under 2 years of age (cots are available upon request).

All other children and adults are charged a supplement per night (using extra beds).

The maximum number of extra beds allowed depends on the room type.

The actual price according to the season, the type of accommodation and the number of guests can be checked in real time (also with regard to availability), using our booking system.

Pets

Animals are not allowed.
